Description |
These genuine Ancient Roman coins have been
set in modern 18 karat gold pendants and strung
on a necklace composed of Lapis Lazuli beads
with a 14-karat gold clasp. The denarii are of
the following emperors: Nerva, Hadrian, and
Trajan.
In the age when these three emperors ruled, the
Roman Empire was in its glory. At that time, the
fabled beauties of the imperial court might have
adorned themselves with precious gold, silver
and lapis. The empire has fallen to the whims of
time, but the jewels that brought a woman’s
beauty to full perfection then are still worth
treasuring, as this magnificent necklace proves.
